What is this course all about?


This self-paced course was created by an equestrian, for equestrians. It was made to provide you with the knowledge and tools you need to help you successfully heal your relationship with food, break the dieting cycle once and for all, reconnect with your body, improve your body image, and optimize your performance without the restriction.

This course is for you if you want to:


  • Stop yo-yo dieting
  • Feel better in your body
  • Simply enjoy food again without guilt, stress, or shame
  • Have more energy
  • Gain freedom and clarity around food
  • Know what, when, and how much to eat without counting calories, macros, or points

This course is not for you if:


  • Actively pursuing weight loss
  • Intuitive eating is a weight neutral approach to eating. This means we focus on body respect & learning to implement health- and performance-promoting behaviors. And weight simply isn't a behavior so we won't be focusing on that.
  • Looking for a program to make a meal plan, track calories/macros/points
  • Looking for a 'quick fix'

Meet your intuitive eating coach:

Hi! I'm Natalie :)


I'm a non-diet sports dietitian and am extremely passionate about helping riders heal their relationships with food and their bodies.


As an equestrian myself, I understand the physical demands, as well as the toxic diet culture, that is deeply embedded in our sport.


I've worked with hundreds of riders to help them heal their relationships with food and their bodies, and I created this self-paced course to make nutrition coaching accessible to every rider who wants to lose stress, anxiety & shame around food while gaining food freedom.


When I'm not working, you can probably find me at the barn with my OTTB Stella, on a hike with my mini doxie Luna, or at home relaxing with my cat, Erice.
