Natalie Gavi, MS, RDN is a non-diet performance dietitian who is passionate about helping riders heal their relationships with food and their bodies.


As an equestrian herself, she understands the physical demands, as well as the toxic diet culture, that is deeply embedded in the sport.


She has worked with hundreds of riders to help them heal their relationships with food and their bodies and created this self-paced course to make nutrition coaching accessible to every rider who wants to lose stress, anxiety & shame around food while gaining food freedom.


When she's not working, you can find her at the barn with her OTTB Stella, on a hike with her mini doxie Luna, or at home cuddled up with her cat Erice and a good book.
